Dr. Dan Turner

Dr. Dan Turner is a senior physician in the Infectious Diseases Unit and director of the AIDS service at Ichilov Hospital. Serves as a Senior Lecturer, School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

He completed a residency in internal medicine in 1997 in Ichilov. In 2002, he was appointed as an infectious disease specialist, a specialization he also completed at Ichilov, and began working as a senior physician in the Infectious Diseases Unit.

From 2002 to 2004, Dr. Turnet conducted research on HIV resistance to drugs, at MCGILL University in Montreal, Canada.
Since 2004, he has served as a senior physician in the Infectious Diseases Unit and manages the AIDS system at the hospital.

Dr. Dan Turner has published over fifty professional articles and lectures at international conferences.

The infectious disease specialist treats diseases from almost all areas of medicine. For example:
