My belief:
I believe that the process of losing weight and maintaining it combines body and mind, and that the key to success lies in the combination of the two. The treatment combines tools from the field of motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as information from the frontline of nutrition research, in order to provide a clinical and emotional response to patients. In therapy, you will get the right tools to create a real change in eating habits and to maintain change in order to make it a way of life.
I believe that everyone has the strength and abilities to improve their quality of life, health and weight. As a dietitian, I help patients find the right way for them to say goodbye to the excess weight without saying goodbye to the enjoyment of food.
