The Center brings together leading physicians in Israel, all are senior surgeons and department Chairpersons in Israel's leading hospitals. CEO of Assia Medical Group. Holds a B.A. B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA, an executive program at Ben Gurion University. Graduate of a company directors' course.
Keren is an expert in growth processes and company improvement, strategic planning, tactics and implementation. She has extensive experience in establishing arrays and managing complex operations.
Keren has extensive managing experience, both in the health system and out of it. Before being the CEO of Assia Medical, Keren served as the CEO of Sabar Health– a home hospitalization system. The company under her management has evolved in all aspects; from a groundbreaking idea to a leading company in its field, including a 500% growth in a turnover within 4 years, a substantial increase in the company's profitability, implementation of new LOB, etc.
Assia Medical's medical activity is managed and supervised by Dr. Amir Szold- our medical director, with the perception that one of the problems of private medicine is thelack of peer control. The medical director is accountable that the doctors Assia Medical group are of the highest rank, ready for peer control, and accept teamwork and the concept of excellence while treating the patient. The medical director also organizes team sessions to discuss complicated, as well as responsible for medical quality control.
