Specialized in advanced minimally invasive surgery at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, USA. He returned to Israel in 2003 to the Department of General and Oncology Surgery at Sheba Medical Center Tel Hashomer.
Director of the Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery Unit at Sheba. Senior surgeon and surgeon at "Asia Bariatric", the medical center for the treatment of obesity, part of the "Asia Medical" group.
I believe:
"Morbid obesity is not a 'decree from heaven' with no possibility of solution. Minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic) is a powerful and important tool. It is necessary to know how to perpetrate it correctly, but do not forget that it is an approach and not the goal.
