Currently, she is responsible for the otologic service at the "Shamir" Medical Center as well as practicing ear surgery and hearing rehabilitation at the "Asia Medical" center, as part of its ENT center of excellence.
Dr. Garti Gross believes in providing an individual treatment plan for each patient, adapting the treatment process to the patient's needs, as well as taking into consideration his medical condition and hearing function.
The treatment of ear diseases does not end with surgery. The process includes consultation, examination and diagnosis, decision-making, analysis, and long-term follow-up. This journey may sometimes carry on for years following surgery, to reach the desired result, both medically as well as with hearing rehabilitation. Her patients receive dedicated and professional follow up and support all along the process.
